Typo3 4.1 Beta contain many new features in Typo3 CMS. The new features include: 

• Inline Relational Record Editing (IRRE)
• Bidirectional MM relations
• UTF-8 for filenames
• Backend "Who is online"
• Frontend "Stay logged in" etc.
